We help companies build, validate, engineer, and launch complex hardware products — including AR glasses, rugged Android devices, edge AI systems, tablets, and embedded devices.

Validate the product direction before committing to a full development program.
Device development across hardware, software, integration, ODM coordination, and manufacturing.
Prepare the product, team, partners, test process, and supply chain for production.
Senior technical and program leadership for structure, speed, and accountability.
ToolBunch focuses on complex hardware programs where product strategy, engineering, software, manufacturing, and partner coordination all need to work together.
Support for head-mounted, wearable, and AR products that combine hardware, optics, software, user experience, system integration, and manufacturing execution.
Purpose-built hardware for demanding environments where durability, usability, and operational performance matter.
Android-based products requiring platform customization, build engineering, system validation, device-specific software integration, and enterprise deployment.
Devices that bring intelligence to the edge through on-device processing, perception, embedded compute, sensors, and real-world interaction.
Many hardware companies want to sell into government, defense, public-sector, or regulated enterprise markets — but discover too late that their product architecture, software build process, ODM dependency, or supply chain structure is not ready.
ToolBunch helps companies evaluate and plan the changes needed to support TAA-aligned manufacturing strategy, domestic software build control, compliance planning, and government procurement readiness. This work is especially important for connected devices, Android-based hardware, AR glasses, rugged tablets, edge AI systems, and products built through overseas ODM or manufacturing partners.
